About Our Leaders

Shaun Rajab – CA (SA), MBA, BCompt (Honours), BSc, DipEd

Shaun Rajab is a qualified and registered Chartered Accountant in South Africa.

Shaun also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh School of Business, Scotland, Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours, from University of Durban-Westville, Bachelor of Accounting Science, from UNISA, Bachelor of Human Science, from University of Durban-Westville and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Apart from these, Shaun also holds numerous other qualifications including Kepner-Tregoe: Continuous Business Improvement (RCM), Business Process Modeling (RCM), Financial Markets (Beaufort Institute) and various signature programmes (FranklinCovey).

In terms of work experience, Shaun was the Business Process Manager: Finance at Telkom where he was responsible for implementation of Telkom’s billing system.

This was followed by his appointment as Executive Manager at SAA where he was programme manager for Special Projects including business re-engineering and implementation of SAP across the three divisions of the company.

This was followed by a move to Accenture where he was responsible for managing the outsourced division responsible for developing and maintaining the BAS system used by National Treasury.

Following this, Shaun accepted the challenge of Programme Manager for the pioneer implementation and integration of SAP, Hansen and Documentum in Johannesburg Water.

After having successfully completed this project, he joined ABSA as Head: Professional Change Services where he spear-headed strategy development and implementation within the ABSA Capital and ABSA: Operations respectively.

Shaun was then appointed as a Senior Manager (Advisory and Turnaround Strategies) at PriceWaterCoopers (Johannesburg) where he consulted to both private and public sector organizations on strategic development, organisational planning and operations management. He is currently the managing director of PCS Consulting Services.


When Shaun is not spending quality time with his wife and two children, he is involved in community development projects, cooking and reading.

Sunjay Lutchman – Phd (Economics), MBA, MCom

Sunjay is a practicing economist and is currently completing his Phd (Economics) at the University of Pretoria.

He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cape Town – Graduate School of Business, a Master of Commerce (Economics) from University of KwaZulu Natal, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Economics) from UNISA, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal.

Apart from these, Sunjay also holds numerous other qualifications such as the Mathematical Modeling of Derivatives (UNISA), Analysis and Preparation of Public Sector Budgets (National Treasury), Performance Management and Financial Management (AFREC), and New Economic Reporting and the Standard Charter of Accounts (Ernest & Young).

In terms of work experience, Sunjay has worked as an Economist at KwaZulu Natal Wildlife, and as a Marketing Consultant at First National Bank.

Sunjay then gained considerable experience in the public sector management when he worked as the Manager of PFMA Monitoring and Implementation at KwaZulu Natal Provincial Treasury.

He thereafter was appointed as the Head of MFMA Implementation component (KwaZulu Natal Provincial Treasury) where his main function was the overall management of municipalities within the province.

Sunjay was then appointed as a Senior Manager (Advisory and Turn-around Strategies) at PriceWaterCoopers (Johannesburg) where he further developed his skills and consulted to both private and public sector organizations on a wide array of issues.

Sunjay was then invited to head Cell C’s market intelligence division, where his main function was to assess market opportunities and to develop the overall strategy for the organization.

He is currently associate director of PCS Consulting Services.

Mr Lutchman has also lectured at numerous institutions and when he finds spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, wine tasting, cooking and reading.

Ornette Ntshalintshali - Baccalaureus Technologiae, National Diploma in Marketing Management, and LLB degree in progress.

Ornette Ntshalintshali is a born entrepreneur with passion for business. Ornette has a Baccalaureus Technologiae (B-Tech) degree in Marketing Management from UNISA. He also holds a National Diploma in Marketing Management from Witwatersrand Technikon.

He is currently studying a law degree (LLB) through UNISA.

Ornette has in-depth experience in corporate organisations. As the Field Marketing Executive and the Area Manager for Alcatel South Africa, he was responsible for marketing and the implementation of pull and push sales strategies for Alcatel’s cellular products.

His additional responsibilities included creating brand awareness and staff development. He subsequently joined MTN SA where he gained valuable experience as a sales consultant.

Ornette then joined Credit Clear as a Legal Adviser and grew his knowledge and experience in commercial law.

Ornette is the owner and a Managing Director of Mobile Connections, a company that was formed in 2002, specializing in the retail of cellular and related products.

The management of this company has provided Ornette with valuable experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, finance and human resource management, stock management and procurement, marketing and customer services.

Ornette utilizes his spare time assisting charity organizations and disadvantaged individuals.

He enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
