Shaun Rajab – CA (SA), MBA, BCompt (Honours), BSc, DipEd
Shaun Rajab is a qualified and registered Chartered Accountant in South Africa.
Shaun also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh School of Business, Scotland, Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours, from University of Durban-Westville, Bachelor of Accounting Science, from UNISA, Bachelor of Human Science, from University of Durban-Westville and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.
Apart from these, Shaun also holds numerous other qualifications including Kepner-Tregoe: Continuous Business Improvement (RCM), Business Process Modeling (RCM), Financial Markets (Beaufort Institute) and various signature programmes (FranklinCovey).
In terms of work experience, Shaun was the Business Process Manager: Finance at Telkom where he was responsible for implementation of Telkom’s billing system.
This was followed by his appointment as Executive Manager at SAA where he was programme manager for Special Projects including business re-engineering and implementation of SAP across the three divisions of the company.
This was followed by a move to Accenture where he was responsible for managing the outsourced division responsible for developing and maintaining the BAS system used by National Treasury.
Following this, Shaun accepted the challenge of Programme Manager for the pioneer implementation and integration of SAP, Hansen and Documentum in Johannesburg Water.
After having successfully completed this project, he joined ABSA as Head: Professional Change Services where he spear-headed strategy development and implementation within the ABSA Capital and ABSA: Operations respectively.
Shaun was then appointed as a Senior Manager (Advisory and Turnaround Strategies) at PriceWaterCoopers (Johannesburg) where he consulted to both private and public sector organizations on strategic development, organisational planning and operations management. He is currently the managing director of PCS Consulting Services.
When Shaun is not spending quality time with his wife and two children, he is involved in community development projects, cooking and reading.
